Condition of Item
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or order number must be presented for all return requests.
Time Frame
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the item’s receipt or delivery date.
Exclusions
Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Shipping Responsibility
If the return is not due to our fault (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
– Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
– Provide the necessary information, including your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
– Once the return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
– Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the specified address.
– Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund according to our refund policy.

Refund
- Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment method.
- A full refund will be issued, minus a processing fee of 3.5% plus $0.15, if the reason for the refund is not attributed to our fault.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request being approved.
